THE POWER OF A SMILE
A smile from my definition is a small stretch of the skin. I know there is some one there that is already editing my definition but that’s my definition. A smile usually is an emission of the state of calmness of the mind and its ability to radiate sincere facial gesture.
Smiles are non tribal, it doesn’t have class or age .smiles is likened most especially to young ladies and children. That does not mean others do not smile but the degree of occurrence ie more in ladies and babies. Babies smile as a result of happiness and good health condition. It usually reflects their health. The purest form of unadulterated smile is from children, more in babies
On the other hand ladies are known to be very good at smiling which could be genuine or because of other underlying factors
A lady may smile more often than normal because she wants to draw attention
At times they smile when they want to draw sex mates especially when they are dressed in the so called sexy clothing
Ladies smile more often when they are seeking for favors, like in sob interview.
Guys do less often smile. Theirs may be a concealment or show of bad intentions. They smile though. But is less frequent. Our parent also smile a lot and most of the time, it is to encourage us and give us hope
What a smile can do today
A smile can relax facial muscles making one look younger even at aging. a 65yyear old woman was asked why she looked like one of her freshly looking daughter. I know you know the answer, a smile constantly helped

A girl was once asked by a nutritionist when last she went to toilet because this lady depended on carbonated drinks and fast food during the week and she said she could not remember. The woman shouted gave her a free appointment which the lady did not honor. The truth is that as we eat every day, we are naturally supposed to visit the toilet or other wise it is an indication that your body is not able to excrete wastes which are poisonous if accumulated with time
Stooling helps reduce wastes and poisonous indigestible products. While too much of it is not good
Running stomach recipe
The condition whereby the stomach has problems holding food can be treated using one simple soup. It is made of bitter leaf soup and a special type of leaf called the scent leaf
Get bitter leaf; wash many times removing the green water from time to time until the leaf is light green
Preparation of bitter leaf soup and scent leaf
Ingredients include table oil or palm oil, fresh or dried fish, little salt, pepper, you can use meat but I strongly do not approve it for people above ages 40 and above and small quantity of fresh scent leaf
Wash all the washables; the fish, or meat and the pot to be used
Put the fish, salt and the spice and allow boiling water for ten minutes
Then add your washed vegetable (both scent leaf and bitter leaf) and allow for ten minutes. Then add your seasoner and add salt to desires taste.
Serve when cool
Other recommended recipes are bitter soups or vegetables that are bitter. They have proven to be useful.
Scent juice.
Get some leaves of the above plant and wash with some salt.
Then cut the leaves into pieces
Place in a clean container or bowl
Add some salt
Then add some clean water, say one litter
Refrigerate
The above is good for kids and those people that do not like bitter things. It has a fine taste. I can bet that your Children will like it. Just serve when there is constipation, food related vomiting and so many types of indigestions
