Get bitter leaf; wash many times removing the green water from time to time until the leaf is light green
Preparation of bitter leaf soup and scent leaf
Ingredients include table oil or palm oil, fresh or dried fish, little salt, pepper, you can use meat but I strongly do not approve it for people above ages 40 and above and small quantity of fresh scent leaf
Wash all the washables; the fish, or meat and the pot to be used
Put the fish, salt and the spice and allow boiling water for ten minutes
Then add your washed vegetable (both scent leaf and bitter leaf) and allow for ten minutes. Then add your seasoner and add salt to desires taste.
Serve when cool
Other recommended recipes are bitter soups or vegetables that are bitter. They have proven to be useful.

Get some leaves of the above plant and wash with some salt.
